Howard's Folly
Produced in Portalegre, in the northeast of Alentejo, this wine aged for 4 months on light lees. It has an attractive pale salmon pink color.
Refreshing and complex aromas, with ripe wild berries, raspberry jam and a touch of vanilla spice.
The palate reveals ripe, intense red berries with good body and texture. Vibrant acidity, which gives a long, deep finish. Serve at 10ºC, with sushi, salads or light meals.
